“Boulder’s little Mexican paridise”
Shawn Camden calls the neighborhood, near the triangle of 28th Street, Bluff and Valmont, “Boulder’s little Mexican paradise.”
“It’s a really fascinating part of Boulder County, these places,” he says, motioning to the strip of windows almost completely obscured by fluorescent posters, bulging exclamation marks and hand-written signs.
Camden is the co-founder and director of program expansion for Intercambio De Comunidades (Intercambioweb.org), a nonprofit that helps immigrants in Boulder County.
