Confirmed: Moe’s Bagel on 28th Street ‘soft opening’ Wednesday
Well, I was just talking about how Moe’s looked ready to pop, and sure enough I called over and they should be ready very soon. The “soft opening” (open to the public, but no big announcement) could be as soon as tomorrow. So maybe I’ll see you over there for a bagel in the next week or so! It’s at 3267 28th Street in Tebo Plaza.
If you stop in for a bagel, let me know! (And maybe send over a photo, wouldja?)
I just realized how much better bike to work day and winter bike to work day are going to be around here!
UPDATE: Just got this email:

We went this morning for a free bagel & cream cheese. They also gave us free coffee in a plastic Moe's commuter cup. Not too mobbed at 8:30 am. It is only their first day.

We noticed that the seating area has electrical outlets spaced regularly along the walls at table height. Great idea!
