We recently popped by the new north-central Boulder home of Moe’s — it’s next to the Dairy Queen on 28th Street. It has yet to open, though when we called a while back they said they’d open in March. Well, our taxes are done, so it must be mid-April, but it’s looking pretty close to finished, with some of the tile apparently setting or drying or something. Half of the menus were chalked up and ready to go as of last weekend.
The other one we’re curious about is Tangerine. That’s what Radix Bistro (in Willow Springs Shopping Center, next to Arugula) is being converted into, according to this building permit listed in the Camera:

Tangerine has both a normal website (albeit very limited at this very moment) and a Facebook page, which tells us they’re hoping to open by June 1. Here’s what they have to say about themselves:

I do love breakfast, whether it’s a solid bagel (Moe’s calls everything bagels “Italian” bagels — weird or just me?) or a sit-down organicstravaganza. We’re looking forward to adding both spots to our north-central Boulder restaurants listing.
